Go to the Admin Panel and review the staff role.
Ensure the staff member has the correct role assigned (e.g., "counter," "categories").
Verify that the role has the necessary permissions to view queues. Update the permissions if needed.
TO VERIFY THE NECESSARY PERMISSIONS:
Go to the "Staff".
Select the staff members whose permissions you want to verify and Click on "Edit".
Click on "Save Changes".
