In order to fix the issue:

Ensure the right counter is assigned to the appropriate staff member for efficient service management.

  1. Go to the "Staff".

  2. Select the staff member and click "Edit" to review and verify their assigned counters.

When two staff call on tickets at the same counter, this problem persists, and it appears to be occupied.
