Customize Your Display Screen Settings

Qwaiting allows full control over how information appears on your digital display screen, ensuring your queue experience aligns with your brand and operational needs.

Key Customization Options:

  • Token & Counter Titles: Rename the titles (e.g., “Token” or “Counter”) shown on the display screen to match your preferred terminology.

  • Queue Labels: Personalize how different queue types appear:

    • Missed Queue Label

    • Hold Queue Label

  • Font and Color Settings:​ Adjust the display's visual styling:

    • Font Size for counter/tokens

    • Font Color for standard and currently serving tokens

    • Background Colors for the display, hold queue, and more

  • Queue Display Options: Decide how many tokens to show at once on screen. For example, you can show up to 6 queue numbers concurrently.
