Qwaiting – Customer App

Empowers customers with real-time queue access and flexibility.

How to Download the Waiting Customer Apps

Step 1:

Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your smartphone.

Step 2:

In the search bar, type: Qwaiting Customer

Step 3:

Look for the app with the Qwaiting logo and “Customer” in the title.

Step 4:

Tap Install (Android) or Get (iOS).

Step 5:

Once installed, open the app and follow the prompts to join a queue, book a slot, or explore nearby service locations.

Gives staff the tools they need to manage queues efficiently on the go.

How to Download the Waiting Staff Apps

Step 1:

Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your smartphone or tablet.

Search for: Qwaiting Staff

Step 3:

Locate the official app titled "Qwaiting Staff" with the staff version icon.

Step 4:

Tap Install (Android) or Get (iOS).
