The Visitor View is the attendee’s personal interface within Qwaiting. It keeps them informed, reduces uncertainty, and ensures a seamless experience from check-in to service completion.

What Visitors See

Once a visitor checks in via QR code, online booking, or walk-in they are redirected to a personalized status page. This live page provides:

  • Confirmation of Check-In

  • Current Queue Position

  • Estimated Wait Time

  • Location and Queue Info

  • Real-Time Status Updates

  • Option to Cancel or Leave the Queue

  • Custom Messages or Instructions from Staff

Accessible on Any Device

  • Mobile-friendly and responsive

  • No app required (for browser access)

  • Also available via Qwaiting Customer App on iOS and Android

  • QR code automatically redirects to the live page

Live Updates in Real Time

The Visitor View updates dynamically as their place in line changes. This:

  • Reduces the need to ask staff about status

  • Lowers perceived wait time

  • Prevents crowding near service points

  • Boosts satisfaction through transparency

Customizable Branding & Messaging

Admins can personalize the visitor page to match your business or event:

  • Add logos, colors, and custom headers

  • Display important instructions (e.g., "Proceed to Counter 3”)

  • Show promotions or announcements while guests wait

Why It Matters

  • Improves the overall customer experience

  • Frees up staff by reducing manual updates

  • Adds a layer of professionalism and clarity

  • Essential for hybrid and touchless service environments
