Availability Settings

The Availability setting helps you manage how appointments are booked, including:

  • Slot duration

  • Number of people per slot

  • How booking hours are determined (by booking, category, or staff)

Define Time Slot and Booking Capacity

This section allows you to:

  • Set the slot size (e.g., 15 mins, 30 mins, etc.)

  • Decide how many customers can book per time slot

  • Manage booking time source from the dropdown:

    • By Booking: Use the same timing for all services.

    • By Category: Set different booking times for different service categories.

    • By Staff: Allow each staff member to have their own availability and booking time.

Example:
If all services follow the same timing, choose By Booking.
If different services (like consultations, treatments, etc.) have varied durations or schedules, use By Category.
If each team member has different working hours, go with By Staff.

Customer Login for Booking

You can also enable Customer Login for added verification and security.

  • When enabled, customers must enter their phone number.

  • They will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the booking.

  • This ensures authenticity and reduces spam or duplicate bookings.

Preferred Time Slot (Optional)

Enable the Preferred Time option to allow customers to suggest a time that works best for them.

  • When booking an appointment, the customer can enter their preferred time slot.

  • This adds flexibility and improves the overall customer experience.

Once all options are configured, don’t forget to click Save to apply your settings.
