1.Allow Customers to Reschedule Booking

Enable this option to allow customers to reschedule their booking after it has been confirmed.

  • Customers can click the "Reschedule" button in their ticket.

  • They can choose a new date and time slot.

  • A new ticket will be generated with the updated details.

2. Allow Customers to Cancel Booking

Enable this option to allow customers to cancel their booking after confirmation.

  • Customers can click the "Cancel" button in their ticket.

  • The booking will be canceled, and the slot will be released for others.

3. Show Booking Confirmation Page

Enable this to display a confirmation page after the booking process is completed.

  • This page shows the booking details and confirms the reservation to the customer.

4. Show Check-in QR Code

Enable this to show a QR code on the booking confirmation page.

  • Customers can scan the QR code to access the booking confirmation slip on their phone.

  • Especially useful for kiosk bookings.

  • The QR code allows access to booking details, and the option to cancel, reschedule, or add to calendar.

5. Custom Booking ID

Define the format for generating a custom booking ID
Options include:

  • Use email address.

  • Use phone number.

  • Customize the format as needed.

6. Google Calendar Integration

Enable integration with Google Calendar.

  • Allows customers to add their booking directly to their calendar.

  • Useful for reminders and day planning.

7. Outlook Calendar Integration

Enable integration with Outlook Calendar.

  • Similar to Google Calendar.

  • Helps customers keep track of upcoming appointments.
