How to Set Up Services in Qwaiting ?
Navigate to the Category Section in your Qwaiting dashboard.
2. Add Main Categories such as:
Consultation
Diagnostics
Billing
3. Add Sub-Categories (optional):
For more detailed service options under each main category.
What Customers Experience ?
Once you’ve set up the categories, they automatically appear on your customer-facing booking page. Customers will be able to:
Choose a Specific Service
View Available Date & Time Slots for the selected service.
