Add Services in booking

A guide on how you can add the services in Qwaiting

Organizing your services which helps streamline the booking process and enhances customer experience. It makes it easier for customers to quickly find the right service and available time slots.

3.1 HOW TO SET UP SERVICES IN QWAITING?

  1. Navigate to the Service Section in your Qwaiting dashboard.

2. Add Main Service such as:

  • Consultation

  • Diagnostics

  • Billing

3. Add Sub-Services(optional):

For more detailed service options under each main Service.

3.2 WHAT CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE?

Once you’ve set up the Services , they automatically appear on your customer-facing booking page. Customers will be able to:

  • Choose a Specific Service .

  • View Available Date & Time Slots for the selected service.

3.3 WHY USE SERVICES?

  • Makes navigation smoother and faster.

  • Reduces confusion by grouping similar services.

  • Enhances customer satisfaction by simplifying the booking flow.

After adding or editing Services, don’t forget to click Save to update your changes.
