Qwaiting makes it simple for staff to track, monitor, and manage customer bookings in real-time for better service flow and queue management.

APPOINTMENTS MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW

Once a customer completes a booking, staff can access all booking details in the Booking Management section.

4.1 BOOKING LIST VIEW

In the Booking List, staff can view:

  • Total bookings for the selected day

  • Check-ins completed

  • Pending bookings

  • Canceled bookings

You can filter this list by:

  • Date: View bookings for any specific date.

  • Category: See how many bookings are under each service category.

Each booking entry displays:

  • Customer name

  • Email ID

  • Time slot

  • Booking status

  • Other relevant details

4.2 CALENDAR VIEW

Qwaiting also offers a Booking Calendar view.

  • Quickly see the number of bookings per day.

  • View bookings slot-wise for each date.

  • Helps with daily planning and resource allocation.

On the Day of Booking: Queue Management

On the day of the appointment:

  1. The customer checks in and automatically joins the live queue.

2. Staff can view real-time visitor status in the Call Screen.

3.Using the Call Screen:

  • See the list of visitors waiting in queue.

  • Call customers in order based on their time slot and status.

  • Manage flow efficiently and reduce wait time.

This streamlined process ensures smooth booking handling from start to finish, helping your team deliver a seamless customer experience.
