Booking Management Overview
Once a customer completes a booking, staff can access all booking details in the Booking Management section.
Booking List View
In the Booking List, staff can view:
Total bookings for the selected day
Check-ins completed
Pending bookings
Canceled bookings
You can filter this list by:
Date: View bookings for any specific date.
Category: See how many bookings are under each service category.
Each booking entry displays:
Customer name
Email ID
Time slot
Booking status
Other relevant details
Calendar View
Qwaiting also offers a Booking Calendar view.
Quickly see the number of bookings per day
View bookings slot-wise for each date
Helps with daily planning and resource allocation
On the Day of Booking: Queue Management
On the day of the appointment:
The customer checks in and automatically joins the live queue.
Staff can view real-time visitor status in the Call Screen.
Using the Call Screen:
See the list of visitors waiting in queue
Call customers in order based on their time slot and status
Manage flow efficiently and reduce wait time
