Viewing the Waiting List in Qwaiting
For Staff:
Staff can monitor the live waiting list at any time through the Call Screen.
On the Call Screen, a panel on the right-hand side displays the full list of waiting customers.
This list is automatically sorted usually by token number or customer name to make it easy to manage the order.
As soon as a customer checks in, their name appears in this list.
Staff can then call the customer simply by clicking on their name, triggering the next step in the queue process.
For Customers:
β
Customers can view their position in the queue, but only after they check in.
Once checked in, they can see how many people are ahead of them either on their mobile device (if they booked online), or on a printed ticket if check-in was done at a kiosk.
In many setups, a public display screen is available in the waiting area, where customers can view the real-time queue and see when their token is approaching.
Qwaiting ensures that both staff and customers stay informed and in control throughout the waiting experience. While staff have a full view to manage and call visitors efficiently, customers are kept in the loop with real-time updates on their position in the queue. This transparency builds trust, reduces uncertainty, and creates a smoother, more organized service environment for everyone involved.
