For Customers (Mobile View After Check-In)
To allow customers to view their position in the queue after checking in:
Go to:
Settings → Ticket Screen Setting → General Setting
Enable the Option:
Check the box labeled Show mobile wait list table.Save Your Settings:
Click Save
Once enabled, the customer's screen will display a live view of the waitlist showing their current position in the queue.
For Visitors (Public Display Screen View)
You can also display the waitlist on a screen in your reception or lobby area:
Go to:
Settings → Screen Template Setting
Edit Your Screen Template:
Choose how you’d like the waiting list to appear:By Token Number
By Customer Name
Save the Template:
Click Save
This ensures everyone in the waiting area stays informed about their position and upcoming turns.
For Staff (Managing via Call Screen)
Staff can manage and monitor the waiting list using the Call Screen:
The right-hand panel shows the list of waiting customers.
Customers are sorted by token number or name.
When a staff member is ready to assist, they click on a customer's name and press Call.
This action updates the customer's status and prepares the next person in line.
With these settings enabled, Qwaiting provides a transparent and efficient way to manage queues for both customers and staff. Customers can see their live queue status, while staff can easily manage flow leading to a smoother and more informed experience for all.
