To ensure smooth operations and avoid overloading your team, you can set a daily limit on how many people can join the waitlist. This is ideal for:

  • Busy days

  • Limited staff availability

  • Managing daily service capacity

13.1 HOW TO SET A DAILY WAITLIST LIMIT

  1. Log in
Sign in to your admin panel as an administrator or manager.

  2. Go to Settings
    Navigate to:
Settings → Ticket Screen Setting → General Setting

  3. Find the Limit Option
    Look for the field labeled:
    "ENTER TICKET LIMIT”

Also Enable/Disable the Ticket Limit option

Choose:

  • Yes – to restrict the number of tickets that can be generated

  • No – to allow unlimited ticket generation

5. Set the Limit
Enter the maximum number of customers your team can handle in a day.

Example: If you can serve 100 visitors, enter 100.

6. Save Changes
Click Save to apply the limit.

13.2 WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE LIMIT IS REACHED

Once the maximum number of visitors has joined the waitlist:

  • No more customers can join for that day

  • Instead, they’ll see a message like:

Service not available at this time..”

Why This Feature Helps

  • Prevents overcrowding and long wait times.

  • Ensures staff are not overwhelmed.

  • Avoids disappointing walk-ins when no slots are available.

  • Keeps your waitlist efficient and manageable.

This simple setting makes a big difference in streamlining service flow, protecting staff wellbeing, and improving customer satisfaction.
