In Qwaiting, customers can receive their queue tickets in two convenient ways, based on how they check in:

  • Digital Ticket – If the customer checks in using their mobile phone, the ticket appears digitally on their screen.

  • Printed Ticket – If the customer checks in using a self-service kiosk, a physical ticket is printed directly from the kiosk.

Step-by-Step: How a Ticket Is Generated

1. Start the Check-In Process

  • Click the booking/check-in link shared by the business

  • Or scan the QR code displayed at the service location

2. Choose Your Visit Type

  • Select Check-In (for walk-in customers)

  • Or proceed with your existing Appointment if already booked

3. Select a Service

Choose the service, department, or category you want from the available list.

4. Enter Personal Information

Fill in the required fields such as:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email ID (optional or required depending on business settings)

5. Receive Your Ticket

Once submitted, your ticket will be generated. It includes:

  • Token Number – Your unique queue position

  • Estimated Waiting Time – Approximate wait duration

  • Arrival Time – When you joined the queue

  • Waiting List View – Shows how many customers are ahead of you

  • Additional Details – Any other business-configured info (like service name or location)

6. Wait for Your Turn

  • Track your queue status on your mobile screen (for digital tickets)

  • Watch the on-site display screens (for both digital and printed tickets)

  • When your token number is called, proceed to the counter for service
