How to Set Your Location Details in Qwaiting

Qwaiting allows you to manage multiple branches or service points by setting up location details. This helps organize queues, services, and staff by location.

Step 1: Add a New Location

  1. Log in to your Qwaiting Admin Dashboard

  2. In the left navigation menu, click Settings

  3. Select Add Location

Step 2: Enter Location Information

Fill in the following fields:

  • Name* – Name of the location (Required)

  • Address – Street address (Optional)

  • City – City name

  • State – State or province

  • Country – Select or type the country

  • ZIP Code – Postal/ZIP code

  • Latitude* – Latitude coordinate for map display (Required)

  • Longitude* – Longitude coordinate (Required)

Step 3: Set Active Status

  • Check the Active box to enable this location immediately

  • Leave unchecked if you want to configure it first before activation

Step 4: Save the Location

  • Click Save to create the new location

  • Click Cancel if you do not want to save the changes

Location Selection Screen for Customers

When customers access your booking or check-in page, they’ll first see the Location Selection Screen, which displays all available branches. Each location card may include:

  • Branch Name

  • Address or Short Description

  • Average Waiting Time

  • Location Image (if uploaded)

Customers simply click on their desired location to continue to the relevant service or booking interface.

  • Ensures customers select the correct branch before proceeding

  • Makes managing multiple locations simple and organized

  • Improves user clarity with images, addresses, and wait times

Setting Working Hours for Each Location

You can set custom working hours per location based on your branch schedule:

1. Set Weekly Hours

  • Define opening and closing hours for each day (e.g., Mon–Fri: 9 AM–5 PM)

  • Mark any day as Closed (e.g., Sunday)

2. Set Hours by Specific Date

  • Add special hours for holidays, events, or irregular dates

  • Create multiple time slots in one day (e.g., 9 AM–1 PM & 2 PM–6 PM)

3. Edit Anytime

  • Use the Edit Hours button to modify operating hours whenever needed
