1.1 MANAGING LOCATIONS IN QWAITING
Qwaiting allows you to manage multiple branches or service points by configuring location details. This feature helps organize queues, services, staff, and operating hours by location, making multi-branch operations simple and efficient.
Step 1: Add a New Location
Log in to your Qwaiting Admin Dashboard.
From the left navigation menu, click Settings.
Select Location.
Click Add New Location.
Step 2: Enter Location Information
Fill in the following details:
Name* – Name of the location (Required)
Address – Street address (Optional)
City – City name
State – State or province
Country – Select or enter the country
ZIP Code – Postal or ZIP code
Latitude* – Latitude coordinate for map display (Required)
Longitude* – Longitude coordinate for map display (Required)
Latitude and longitude help accurately display the location on maps and improve customer navigation.
Step 3: Set Location Status
Enable the Active checkbox to make the location available immediately.
If inactive, the location will be saved but not visible to users.
Step 4: Save the Location
Click Save to create the location.
Click Cancel if you do not wish to save the changes.
1.2 LOCATION SELECTION FOR ADMINS
At the top of the admin panel, admins can see a location selector.
All added locations appear in this dropdown.
Admins can switch between locations at any time.
Changing the location updates the dashboard, queues, services, and reports for that specific branch.
This makes it easy to manage multiple branches from a single account.

1.3 SETTING WORKING HOURS FOR EACH LOCATION
Qwaiting allows you to configure custom working hours for each location based on branch schedules.
How to Edit Working Hours
Go to Settings > Location.
Find the location you want to update.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the location.
Select Settings.
Click Edit Hours.
1.4 CONFIGURE WORKING HOURS
1. Set Weekly Hours
Define opening and closing hours for each day (e.g., Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Mark specific days as Closed (e.g., Sundays).
2. Set Hours by Specific Date
Add special hours for holidays, events, or exceptions.
Create multiple time slots in a single day
Example: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
3. Edit Anytime
Use the Edit Hours option to update schedules whenever needed.
Changes apply instantly and help ensure accurate booking and queue handling.
By setting up locations and defining working hours in Qwaiting, businesses can efficiently manage multiple branches, maintain accurate schedules, and deliver a smoother customer experience. This flexibility ensures each location operates independently while remaining centrally managed.
