Appearance Settings in Qwaiting

Qwaiting offers a range of appearance settings to help businesses customize the Customer Ticket Screen, Display Screen, and Color Schemes, ensuring a branded and user-friendly experience.

1. Ticket Screen Settings

Customize the look and feel of the ticket customers receive.

Navigation Path:
Settings > Ticket Screen Settings > General Settings

Available Options:

  • Category Text Font Size – Adjust the font size for category/service names.

  • Ticket Font Type – Select the desired font style (e.g., Serif, Sans-Serif).

  • Token Number Digits – Set how many digits appear in token numbers (e.g., 3-digit: 001).

  • Background Image – Upload or change the background image of the ticket to match your branding.

This section allows full visual control over customer tickets.

2. Display Screen Settings

Display screens used in waiting areas can also be customized in two key areas:

a. Screen Template Settings

Navigation Path:
Settings > Screen Template Settings

Layout Options Include:

  • Video + Queue

  • Image Slide + Queue

  • Video + Image Slide + Queue

Choose the layout template that suits your business’s presentation needs.

b. Display Screen Tune / Voice Settings

Navigation Path:
Settings > Display Screen Tune

Features:

  • Enable voice announcements in multiple languages

  • Customize how token numbers are called out on the screen
