What Is a Counter in Qwaiting?
A counter represents a service point where customers are attended to by staff. This can be:
A physical desk or service window
A consultation room or office
Any designated location where a service is provided
Counters help route customers correctly and ensure smooth service flow.
How to Set Up Counters
Log in to the Qwaiting Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Counters from the menu.
Click Add Counter.
Enter the Counter Name.
Select or assign the Location.
Click Save.
Once created, counters can be assigned to staff and linked to services.
Staff Setup Guide
A staff member is anyone responsible for managing queues and serving customers. This may include:
Receptionists
Doctors
Service agents
Tellers or support executives
Staff members log in to Qwaiting and handle tokens based on their assigned role and permissions.
How to Add Staff
Log in to the Qwaiting Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Staff > Add Staff.
Fill in the required details:
Select the appropriate Role:
(Optional) Assign the Counter or Area the staff member will manage.
Click Save.
Once added, the staff member can log in using the assigned credentials and access features based on their role.
