Overview Per Time Report

The Overview Per Time Report helps you analyze customer flow and service performance across different time slots within a day.

What the report shows:

  • Number of visitors who arrived during each time slot.

  • Number of visitors who were called by staff in each slot.

  • Number of visitors still waiting in that slot.

  • All data is also presented in percentages to make it easy to compare time slots and spot peak hours.

This report gives you a clearer picture of when your business is busiest and how effectively customers are being served throughout the day.

How to view the report:

  1. Log in to your admin dashboard.

  2. Go to the Reports section.

  3. Select Overview Per Time Report from the list.

This helps managers and staff plan breaks, shifts, and resources more efficiently based on real traffic patterns.
