What the report shows:
Total number of queues served (overall queue data within the selected period).
Number of closed queues – meaning how many queues were successfully completed and closed.
Average customer rating – calculated from feedback submitted by visitors after their service.
This report helps you see not only how many customers you served but also how satisfied they were, so you can identify areas to improve the customer experience.
How to view the report:
Log in to your admin dashboard.
Go to the Reports section.
Select Feedback Report from the list.
