Feedback Report

The Feedback Report helps you measure and understand customer satisfaction using real feedback collected after service completion. It provides valuable insights into both service volume and service quality.

What the Report Shows

  • Total queues served within the selected time period

  • Number of closed queues, indicating how many services were successfully completed

  • Average customer rating, calculated from feedback submitted by visitors after their service

These metrics allow you to assess not only how many customers were served, but also how satisfied they were with the experience.

10.1 HOW TO VIEW THE REPORT

  1. Log in to the Qwaiting Admin Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Reports section.

  3. Select Feedback Report from the list.

10.2 WHY THIS REPORT IS USEFUL

By reviewing the Feedback Report regularly, managers can:

  • Track customer satisfaction trends over time.

  • Identify areas where service quality can be improved.

  • Encourage teams to maintain high service standards.
