1. Registration Settings

The Registration Settings allow you to control which fields the customer must fill out when registering through booking, kiosk, or QR code.

Settings > Manage Form Fields

Steps to Configure:

  1. Go to Settings in the admin panel.

  2. Click on Manage Form Fields.

  3. Click the “Add” button to create new fields.

  4. Add essential fields like:

    • Name

    • Phone Number

    • Email ID

These fields ensure the system collects the necessary customer information for registration and communication.

2. Queue Display Settings

Navigation Path:

Settings > screen template and setting

Control what queue-related information is shown on public screens or customer devices.

Customizations Include:

  • Enable/disable real-time token display

  • Show/hide details like:

    • Current serving token

    • Estimated wait time

    • Number of people ahead

  • Display branch or service-specific queues

This ensures customers are well-informed while waiting and improves transparency.

3. Booking Settings

Navigation Path:

Settings > booking setting

Define how customers can pre-book their tokens via the website, mobile app, or kiosk.

Features Include:

  • Enable/disable advance booking

  • Set booking time windows (e.g., book up to 2 days in advance)

  • Limit number of bookings per user

  • Define cancellation/reschedule rules

  • Option to send confirmation messages after booking

This helps businesses manage customer flow and reduce peak-hour congestion by encouraging advance planning.
