Notification Setup in Qwaiting

To configure customer notifications in Qwaiting, follow these steps:

1. Notification Channels

Navigate to the Notification Settings section. You’ll find three available channels:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

  • SMS

These channels are used to send updates and alerts to customers at various stages of their journey.

2. Message Template Customization

In the Template Settings, you can:

  • Customize the content of messages for each channel.

  • Choose the event triggers for sending notifications, such as:

    • Booking Confirmation

    • Service Call Notification

    • Booking Reschedule

    • Cancellation and more

  • Define when the messages should be sent based on the event.

3. Sender Configuration

For each channel (WhatsApp, Email, and SMS), you can:

  • Configure sender details.

    • For Email, set the email ID and server details.

    • For SMS, set up the SMS gateway or provider details.

    • For WhatsApp, configure the sending number and API settings.

This gives you full control over the notification content, timing, and sender identity.
