1. Notification Channels
Navigate to the Notification Settings section. You’ll find three available channels:
WhatsApp
Email
SMS
These channels are used to send updates and alerts to customers at various stages of their journey.
2. Message Template Customization
In the Template Settings, you can:
Customize the content of messages for each channel.
Choose the event triggers for sending notifications, such as:
Booking Confirmation
Service Call Notification
Booking Reschedule
Cancellation and more
Define when the messages should be sent based on the event.
3. Sender Configuration
For each channel (WhatsApp, Email, and SMS), you can:
Configure sender details.
For Email, set the email ID and server details.
For SMS, set up the SMS gateway or provider details.
For WhatsApp, configure the sending number and API settings.
This gives you full control over the notification content, timing, and sender identity.
