In the Messaging section of Qwaiting, there's an Advanced Messaging feature that allows businesses to send customized messages with added content such as links or forms.
What You Can Do:
Using Advanced Messaging, you can include any type of external link, such as:
Feedback Forms
Surveys
Booking Forms
Informational Pages
Payment Links
How to Use It:
Go to the Settings section and open Notification Settings.
Choose the appropriate communication channel (SMS, Email, or WhatsApp).
Navigate to the Template Settings.
Select the type of message you want to customize (e.g., reminder, confirmation, cancellation).
In the message body, you can paste the desired link or form URL wherever appropriate in the text.
Add any variables or custom content needed, then click Save.
Once saved, the system will automatically send the message with your included link when triggered (based on booking status or other actions).
This feature is ideal for collecting customer feedback, pre-arrival information, or sharing important instructions all from within the booking workflow.
