Ticket Settings in Qwaiting

You can customize how your tickets appear to customers by configuring the Ticket Screen Settings. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Access Ticket Settings

  • Log in to your Qwaiting admin panel.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Select Ticket Screen Settings.

Step 2: Customize Ticket Appearance

Within Ticket Screen Settings, go to the General Settings section. Here, you can:

Change the appearance:

  • Adjust font size and font type to match your brand style.

Display additional information:

  • Tick the option to show the estimated waiting time on the printed or digital ticket.

  • Tick the location option to display the branch or location name.

  • Show other details by selecting:

    • User name (customer’s name)

    • Token number

    • Arrival date and time

    • Logo (business logo on the ticket)

Step 3: Add or Update Logo on Tickets

To include your logo:

  • Go to Settings > Logo Update.

  • In the section Logo on Print Ticket, upload your image file.

  • Save the changes.

Result:

Your tickets will now show your chosen design, branding, and customer details creating a clear and professional experience for your visitors.
