Ticket Settings in Qwaiting
You can customize how your tickets appear to customers by configuring the Ticket Screen Settings. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Access Ticket Settings
Log in to your Qwaiting admin panel.
Go to Settings.
Select Ticket Screen Settings.
Step 2: Customize Ticket Appearance
Within Ticket Screen Settings, go to the General Settings section. Here, you can:
Change the appearance:
Adjust font size and font type to match your brand style.
Display additional information:
Tick the option to show the estimated waiting time on the printed or digital ticket.
Tick the location option to display the branch or location name.
Show other details by selecting:
User name (customer’s name)
Token number
Arrival date and time
Logo (business logo on the ticket)
Step 3: Add or Update Logo on Tickets
To include your logo:
Go to Settings > Logo Update.
In the section Logo on Print Ticket, upload your image file.
Save the changes.
Result:
Your tickets will now show your chosen design, branding, and customer details creating a clear and professional experience for your visitors.
