1 Online Registration
Once your account is set up, follow these steps to enable online registration:
1.Go to Public Links in your dashboard.
You’ll see multiple links listed there. The first link, which starts with “web,” is used for online registration.
2.Copy this link. You can:
Embed it on your business website, so customers can register directly.
Share it internally with your employees or staff to assist customers.
When customers click this link, they’ll be redirected to the online registration form, where they can quickly join your waiting-list or book an appointment.
2 Kiosk Registration
To set up a kiosk for customer ,self-registration follow these steps:
1 Get the Application:
You’ll need the kiosk registration app, which will be shared with you via Google Drive.
If you don’t already have Google Drive, install the app first.
2 Download the App:
Open the shared Google Drive folder.
Click on the three dots (menu) next to the app file and select Download.
Check your device’s file manager for the downloaded APK file.
3 Install the App:
Tap on the APK file to begin installation.
Follow the prompts to install the app on your device.
4 Log In:
Once the app is installed, open it.
Enter the login credentials provided to you.
5 Ready for Use:
After logging in, the kiosk screen will appear.
Customers can now directly register themselves on the device.
3 Qr code
QR Code for Customer Registration
If you want to add a QR code to make customer registration quick and convenient, follow these steps:
Go to Settings: Navigate to the Settings section and select QR Code.
1.Choose QR Code Type:
1.Static QR Code:
Best for printed displays (e.g., posters or flyers).
Set the status to Inactive.
2.Dynamic QR Code:
Automatically updates the QR code after a set time interval.
Set the status to Active and specify how often the QR code should refresh.
2.URL Link:
Both static and dynamic QR codes will generate a link you can attach to your website or share directly.
3.Error Correction (ECC):
Choose the level of error correction: Low, Medium, or High depending on your needs.
4.Set Size:
Define the desired size of your QR code to fit your display or print requirements.
After setting everything up, click Save to apply your settings. Once saved, you can print the QR code and display it where customers can easily scan it.
By following these steps, you can easily create and manage QR codes to streamline the registration process for your customers.
