Summary Tab

The Summary tab provides a snapshot of daily activity and overall queue performance.

Here’s what you’ll find:

Date Filter

At the top, there’s a date selection tool.

  • Choose any specific date to view that day’s summary.

  • Easily switch between different days to compare performance.

Key Metrics

Below the date filter, the dashboard displays four primary counters:

  1. Total Visits – Total number of visitors who checked in.

  2. Served Visits – Number of visitors successfully served.

  3. Cancelled Visits – Number of tickets or appointments that were cancelled.

  4. Waiting – Current number of visitors waiting in the queue.

These counters help you instantly understand daily performance and customer flow.

Graphs & Charts

To make data more visual and easy to interpret, the summary tab includes:

  • Hourly Visits Graph – Shows visitor flow distributed hour by hour throughout the selected day. This helps identify peak hours.

  • Monthly Visits Graph – Displays total visits month by month, helping track long-term trends and seasonal patterns.

Serving & Waiting Times

The dashboard also tracks and shows critical timing metrics:

  • Average Serving Time – The average duration an agent spends serving a visitor.

  • Average Waiting Time – How long, on average, visitors wait before being served.

  • Max Waiting Time – The longest recorded wait time for any visitor during the selected period.

  • Max Served Time – The longest time taken to serve a single visitor.

These metrics help managers monitor and improve service efficiency.

Detailed Performance Graphs

At the bottom of the summary tab, there are three more detailed graphs:

  • Counter Visits – Number of visits handled per counter or desk.

  • Service Visits – Visits grouped by different services offered.

  • Agent Served Visits – Number of visits served by each agent.

These charts help analyze which counters, services, or agents are busiest or most efficient.

Walk-in Tab

This tab focuses specifically on visitors who arrive without prior appointments.

  • Displays real-time queue data.

  • Helps front-desk staff manage and track walk-in customers effectively.

Appointments Tab

The Appointments tab shows all visitors who have booked in advance:

  • View today’s scheduled appointments.

  • Track completed, cancelled, and upcoming bookings.

  • Helps staff plan and prepare for busy periods.

Summary

The Qwaiting Dashboard combines real-time data, visual analytics, and historical trends to help businesses:

  • Improve service delivery.

  • Optimize staff allocation.

  • Identify and address bottlenecks quickly.

With this comprehensive view, managers can make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance customer experience.
