The QR Code feature helps improve accessibility by allowing customers to generate or scan tickets quickly using their mobile devices. By setting up QR codes, businesses can offer a contactless, convenient, and modern ticketing experience.
You can configure QR codes by going to Settings → QR Code in your admin panel.
Types of QR Codes
1. Static QR Code
A permanent QR code that does not change.
Useful for situations where you want to paste or display the same code .
To enable: select Static QR Code, mark it as Active, and save.
2. Dynamic QR Code
A QR code that changes at regular intervals for added security.
To enable: select Dynamic QR Code, mark it as Active, and choose the update interval.
You can set the time from a dropdown menu (e.g., refresh every 10 minutes or 15 minutes).
This ensures the code cannot be reused indefinitely, making it more secure.
