Adding services in Qwaiting allows businesses to define the options available for visitors when they book an appointment or walk in. With a structured service setup, organizations can manage queues more efficiently and provide better customer experiences.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to adding services in QWaiting:
1. Access the Service Section
Log in to your Qwaiting dashboard.
From the side menu, navigate to the “Service” section.
2. Understand Service Levels
Qwaiting supports a multi-level service structure:
Level 1: Main Services (e.g., Department, Service Type).
Level 2: Sub-Services (e.g., Specific services under a department).
Further Sub-levels (Optional): Create deeper hierarchies if required, depending on the organization’s workflow.
This flexible structure ensures services are organized and easy for customers to navigate.
