To Add Staff:
1. Login to the Qwaiting Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Staff > Add Staff.
3. Fill in the staff details:
o Full Name
o Username (used to log in)
o Email ID
o Password
o Mobile Number (optional)
4. Select the appropriate Role:
o Admin – Full access to all settings and reports
o Manager – Can manage services, counters, and view reports
o Staff Can call, serve, and complete tokens only
5. (Optional) Assign the Counter or Area the staff will manage.
6. Click Save.
