How will staff log in?

Staff Login Process

1. Once the admin creates a staff account, the login credentials (username and password) are shared with the staff member.

2. The staff member should:

o Go to the system login page.

o Enter the username and password provided.

o Click Login.

What Staff See After Logging In

路 A dashboard will open showing only the screens and options the staff member has access to, based on their assigned role.

路 The staff member鈥檚 name will appear in the top-right corner, along with a Sign Out button.

路 The assigned location/branch will be displayed, ensuring staff know where they are logged in.

This setup ensures the system is clean, secure, and role-based. Staff only see the tools and features necessary for their specific responsibilities.
