Customizing email templates helps you send branded, personalized, and professional communication to your visitors.
Steps to Customize Email Templates
1. Access Notification Settings
Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
Go to Settings → Notification Settings.
2. Select Notification Channel
Choose from SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
For this setup, click on Email.
3. Open Template Settings
Click Template Settings.
Select the template you want to customize and enable it.
Available Templates include:
Ticket generation notifications
Service call notifications
Service recall notifications
Feedback message
Call skip notifications
Booking confirmed notifications
Booking reschedule notifications
Booking cancel notifications
Reminder notifications
4. Edit the Template
Subject: Enter the subject line for your email (e.g., “Welcome to Qwaiting” for ticket generation).
Body: Write your message body.
Use Variables:
1. Open the Variable List from the editor panel.
2. Choose the required variable (e.g., {{QUEUE COUNT}}, {{WAITING TIME}}, {{CUSTOMER NAME}}).
3. Click Add to Body to insert it into your email.
5. Save Changes
Review your subject and body.
Click Save to apply the customized email template.
Now, your customers will receive emails with personalized details based on the variables you’ve set.
