Customizing email templates helps you send branded, personalized, and professional communication to your visitors.
Steps to Customize Email Templates
1. Access Notification Settings
o Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
o Go to Settings → Notification Settings.
2. Select Notification Channel
o Choose from SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
o For this setup, click on Email.
3. Open Template Settings
o Click Template Settings.
o Select the template you want to customize and enable it.
Available Templates include:
o Ticket generation notifications
o Service call notifications
o Service recall notifications
o Feedback message
o Call skip notifications
o Booking confirmed notifications
o Booking reschedule notifications
o Booking cancel notifications
o Reminder notifications
4. Edit the Template
o Subject: Enter the subject line for your email (e.g., “Welcome to QWaiting” for ticket generation).
o Body: Write your message body.
o Use Variables:
§ Open the Variable List from the editor panel.
§ Choose the required variable (e.g., {{QUEUE COUNT}}
, {{WAITING TIME}}
, {{CUSTOMER NAME}}
).
§ Click Add to Body to insert it into your email.
5. Save Changes
o Review your subject and body.
o Click Save to apply the customized email template.
Now, your customers will receive emails with personalized details based on the variables you’ve set.
