How to Customize SMS Templates

Customizing SMS templates ensures that your visitors receive timely and personalized updates.

Steps to Customize SMS Templates

1. Access Notification Settings

o Log in to your Admin Dashboard.

o Go to Settings → Notification Settings.

2. Select Notification Channel

o Choose from SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

o For this setup, click on SMS.

3. Open Template Settings

o Click Template Settings.

o Select the SMS template you want to customize.

Available SMS Templates include:

o Ticket generation message

o Reminder message

o Next call message

o Skip call message

o Recall message

o Feedback SMS

o New booking SMS

o Reschedule booking SMS

o Cancel booking SMS

4. Edit the Template

o Message: Enter the text you want customers to receive.

o Enable/Disable: Tick the box to enable the template.

o Insert Variables:

§ Open the Variable List from the editor panel.

§ Select the required variable (e.g., {{QUEUE COUNT}}, {{WAITING TIME}}, {{CUSTOMER NAME}}).

§ Click Add to Message to insert it.

5. Save Changes

o Review your customized message.

o Click Save to apply changes.

Your SMS templates are now personalized and will automatically send updates to your visitors.
