How to Customize SMS Templates

Customizing SMS templates ensures that your visitors receive timely and personalized updates.

Steps to Customize SMS Templates

1. Access Notification Settings

  • Log in to your Admin Dashboard.

  • Go to Settings β†’ Notification Settings.

2. Select Notification Channel

  • Choose from SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

  • For this setup, click on SMS.

3. Open Template Settings

  • Click Template Settings.

  • Select the SMS template you want to customize.

Available SMS Templates include:

  • Ticket generation message

  • Reminder message

  • Next call message

  • Skip call message

  • Recall message

  • Feedback SMS

  • New booking SMS

  • Reschedule booking SMS

  • Cancel booking SMS

4. Edit the Template

  • Message: Enter the text you want customers to receive.

  • Enable/Disable: Tick the box to enable the template.

  • Insert Variables:

1) Open the Variable List from the editor panel.

2) Select the required variable (e.g., {{QUEUE COUNT}}, {{WAITING TIME}}, {{CUSTOMER NAME}}).

3) Click Add to Message to insert it.

5.Save Changes

  • Review your customized message.

  • Click Save to apply changes.

Your SMS templates are now personalized and will automatically send updates to your visitors.
