Steps to Add a Ticket to Missed Queue

1. Go to the Call Screen

o Open the Call Screen where active tickets are being served.

2. Identify No-Show Customer

o If a customer does not show up when their number is called, you need to move their ticket to the Missed Queue.

3. Move Ticket to Missed Queue

o On the call screen, click on the Missed option.

o The ticket will be automatically moved to the Missed Queue displayed below.

4. Re-Call from Missed Queue (If Needed)

o If you want to call any person from the missed queue:

  • Click on their ticket number in the missed queue.

  • Select Take Call.

  • The system will recall the customer, and the same will also be shown on the display screen.
