How to Customize Content on Mobile Ticket ?

To customize what customers see on their mobile ticket screen, follow these steps:

Steps

1. Go to Settings

o Open your Admin Panel → Settings.

2. Open Label / Input Settings

o Under Ticket Screen Settings, click on Label / Input Settings.

3. Update Mobile App Headings

o Mobile App Heading First – Add/edit the first heading shown on the mobile ticket.

o Mobile App Heading Second – Add/edit the secondary heading shown below the first heading.

4. Configure Ticket Messages for Mobile

o Ticket Message 1 – Add a custom message with variables like queue count.

Example: “There are {{QUEUE COUNT}} customers before you.”

o Ticket Message 2 – Add a second custom message with wait time.

Example: “Your estimated waiting time is {{Waiting Time}} mins.”

5. Customize Waitlist Messages (Optional)

o Ticket Waitlist Message 1 – Shows queue count for waitlist tickets.

o Ticket Waitlist Message 2 – Shows estimated wait time for waitlist tickets.

6. Enable Mobile Ticket Features (Optional)

o Go to Ticket Screen Settings and enable:

  • Display User Details on Mobile Ticket View

  • Display Bottom Mobile Ticket View Buttons

  • Enable Mobile Ticket Waitlist Text

  • Show Waitlist Table (Mobile)

  • Show Waitlist List Button

Once configured, customers will see custom headings, messages, and waitlist info on their mobile ticket screens, along with optional details like their name, waitlist table, and action buttons.
