The printed token is one of the most important customer touchpoints, as it provides all the key details about the visitor’s queue status. You can fully customize the content on the token to include your branding, customer details, and helpful instructions.

Steps

1. Go to Settings

o Open your Admin Panel → Settings.

2. Open Label / Input Settings

o Navigate to Ticket Screen Settings → Label / Input Settings.

3. Customize Labels on Token

o Name Label on Print – Text shown before the customer’s name.

Example: “Name: John”

o Token Label on Print – Text displayed before the token number.

Example: “Token No: 0012”

o Arrived Label on Print – Customize the text that marks arrival.

Example: “Arrived at”

o Confirm Button Label on Print – Text for the confirmation button.

Example: “Confirm” or “Okay”

4. Add Ticket Messages (Optional)

o Ticket Message 1 – Add a custom message with variables like queue count.

Example: “There are {{QUEUE COUNT}} people ahead of you.”

o Ticket Message 2 – Add another message with wait time details.

Example: “Estimated wait time: {{Waiting Time}} mins.”

5. Enable Branding Options

o From Print Settings, tick the options you want to display:

  • Show Logo on Ticket Print

  • Show Service on Ticket Print

  • Show Location on Ticket Print

  • Show Arrived Date & Time on Ticket Print

  • Show QR Code on Ticket Preview (for tracking)

6. Save Changes

o Click Save, and the printed tokens will now reflect your customized labels, messages, and branding.

Customers will receive a personalized and branded printed token that includes only the details you choose such as their name, service, token number, wait time, and even a QR code for real-time tracking.
