The Booking List allows you to view, filter, and manage all bookings in detail.
Steps
1. Go to Booking Management
o From your admin panel, click on Booking Management → Booking List.
2. Overview Section
o At the top, you will see:
Total Bookings
Checked-in count
Pending count
Cancelled count
3. Filter Options
o By Service: View bookings for a specific service.
o By Sub-Service: Drill down further to see bookings for sub-services.
o By Date Range: Select a start and end date to view bookings within that period.
o By Status: Filter bookings by Pending, Confirmed, Checked-in, or Cancelled.
o Reset Filter: Use this to clear all filters and see the complete list again.
4. Booking List Details
Each booking entry will display the following information:
o Level Name: Shows at which level the booking belongs.
o Ref ID: Unique booking ID.
o Status: Whether the booking is Checked-in, Pending, Confirmed, or Cancelled.
o Email: Email address provided in the booking form.
o Name: Customer’s name.
o Contact: Phone number (if provided in the form).
o Booking Date: Date on which the booking was made.
o Booking Time: Time slot selected by the customer.
o Booking Status: Pending, Confirmed, or Cancelled.
o Booking Type: Whether the booking was made Online or Offline.
o Booked By: Staff name (if the booking was created by staff).
o Cancel Reason: Reason for cancellation (if provided).
o Cancel Remark: Any additional notes on cancellation.
o Created At: The timestamp when the booking was created.
o Actions: Options to Change Status, Edit, Delete, or Check-in the booking.
