You can fully customize the fonts, colors, and visual elements of your display screen to match your branding and improve readability for visitors.
Steps to Customize
1. Go to Settings
o Open your admin panel and navigate to Screen Template Settings.
2. Select a Screen Template
o If a template already exists:
Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the template.
Select Settings.
3. Customize Font and Display Options
You will see various options to adjust the display screen:
o Counter Font Size – Change the font size for counter numbers and queue information.
o Show Queue Number on Display Screen – Toggle to show or hide queue numbers.
o Font Color – Choose the color of the text on the screen.
o Background Color – Set the main background color for the display screen.
o Current Serving Font Color – Adjust the color of the text indicating the current serving number.
o Waiting Queue Background Color – Customize the background color for waiting queue tickets.
o Missed Queue Background Color – Choose a color for missed tickets.
o Hold Queue Background Color – Set the background color for tickets on hold.
o Display Screen Header – Add or edit a header text on the display screen.
o Display Logo – Upload or change the logo to be shown.
o Display Hold Queue – Toggle visibility of hold queue tickets.
o Display Show Disclaimer – Show or hide disclaimers on the screen.
o Name on Display Screen – Choose whether to show customer names.
o Show Skip Call – Enable or disable skipped call visibility.
o Show Waiting Call – Display waiting calls on the screen.
o Skip Closed Call from Display Screen – Hide skipped calls that are already closed.
o Display Screen Disclaimer – Add custom disclaimer text for visitors.
4. Save Changes
o After customizing all the options, click Save.
o Your display screen will now reflect the updated fonts, colors, and display settings.
