Steps to Add a Display Screen
1. Go to Settings
o Open your admin panel and navigate to Screen Template Settings.
2. Add New Screen
o Click on Add Screen.
o A form or setup panel will appear to configure the new display screen.
3. Configure Screen Details
o Screen Name: Enter a unique name for the display screen.
o Location: Select the location or branch where the screen will be used.
o Screen Type: Choose the type of screen (e.g., waiting area, counter display).
o Language: Optionally, select the language for display content.
4. Customize Display Options
o Add announcements, images, or videos as required.
o Set font size, colors, and layout for queue numbers and other text.
o Enable features like hold queue, missed queue, or disclaimers.
5. Save the Screen
o Click Save to create the new display screen.
o The screen will now appear in your screen list and can be assigned to counters or locations.
