Customizing the display screen allows you to manage how queue information, announcements, images, videos, and other elements appear to your customers.
Steps to Customize Display Screen
1. Access Screen Settings
o Go to Settings → Screen Template Settings in your admin panel.
o Select the screen you want to customize. If it’s already created, click on the three dots next to it and select Edit or Settings.
2. Customize Queue & Font Display
o Counter Font Size: Adjust the font size for queue numbers.
o Font Color: Change the text color for queue numbers.
o Current Serving Font Color: Set the color of the currently served ticket.
o Background Color: Customize the background color of the screen.
o Waiting Queue Background Color: Set the background for waiting tickets.
o Missed Queue Background Color: Customize the background for missed tickets.
o Hold Queue Background Color: Set the color for tickets on hold.
o Display Queue Number: Enable or disable queue numbers on the screen.
o Name on Display Screen: Show or hide customer names if captured.
3. Enable/Disable Display Options
o Display Screen Header: Show the header on the screen.
o Display Logo: Add a logo to the screen for branding.
o Display Hold Queue: Enable the hold queue section.
o Display Disclaimer: Show any important messages or disclaimers.
o Show Skip Call / Waiting Call / Skip Closed Call: Manage which queue actions are visible on the screen.
4. Add Media
o Add Images: Upload images to display on the screen.
o Add Videos: Insert YouTube video links in the video section to display videos on the screen.
o Add Announcements: Include messages or alerts, optionally in multiple languages.
5. Preview & Save
o Review your changes using the preview (if available).
o Click Save to apply all customizations to the display screen.
Tips:
· Use contrasting colors for better readability of queue numbers.
· Add your logo and announcements for branding and important messages.
· You can customize different screens individually for multiple locations or counters.
