How to Build a Custom Report ?

Custom reports allow you to generate specific insights based on the fields and metrics you want to track, such as token numbers, service times, locations, and more.

Steps to Build a Custom Report

1. Access Reports
Log in to your admin panel and go to the Reports section.

2. Choose Report Type
You will see options like:

o Department Report

o Staff Report

o Other standard reports

3. Select Dynamic Report
To create a custom report, click on Dynamic Report. This allows you to define the fields and layout according to your requirements.

4. Create a New Report

o Click Add to start a new custom report.

o Select the fields you want to include, such as:

  • Token Number

  • Serving Time

  • Ticket Created Time

  • Start Time

  • Location

  • Staff Name or Department

5. Generate Report

o Once you’ve added the required fields, click on the Report Link or Generate Report option.

o The system will prepare the report in the format you specified.

6. View & Export

o You can now view your custom report on-screen.

o Export options (like PDF or Excel) may also be available, depending on your system setup.

This feature helps you create tailored reports for better tracking, analytics, and decision-making based on the exact data you need.
