Service-wise reports help you analyze the performance of individual services, including metrics like served tickets, pending tickets, cancellations, and average service time.
Steps to View Service-Wise Report
1. Access Reports
Log in to your admin panel and navigate to All Reports.
2. Select Service Report
Click on Service Report from the list of available reports.
3. Choose Service Filter
o You can select All Services to view a combined report.
o Or select a specific service to focus on that particular service.
4. Apply Additional Filters
o Status Filter β Filter tickets by status (Arrived, Pending, Served, Cancelled, No Show).
o Date Filter β Select the date range to see reports for a particular period.
5. View Report Metrics
The report will show the following details for each service:
o Queue / Service Name
o Arrived Tickets & %
o Pending Tickets & %
o Served Tickets & %
o Cancelled Tickets & %
o No Show Tickets & %
o Workload, Average, Max Time
o Tickets served below/above service level (<SL / >SL) & %
6. Analyze & Export
o Use this report to track service performance and workload.
o Export options (Excel, PDF) may be available to save or share the report.
This allows managers to track service efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and optimize staff allocation for better customer experience.
