How do clients submit a support ticket to Qwaiting when they encounter any issue?

A brief guide how the client can submit a support ticket to Qwaiting if they face any issue.

In order to raise the ticket:


To raise a ticket, the client simply needs to send us a message through the Helpdesk Chat from their account, as shown below.

  1. Describe the issue, if you face any, in your message and submit.

  2. A ticket will be created by our concerned technical team, and it will be notified to you via email. The raised, checked request number will be sent to you, as shown below:

Also you can check within your account, as indicated below >> Click on Tickets.

Alternatively, you can continue the discussion from where the left.

You will get the ticket details as below:
