  • Booking links can be accessed from the Qwaiting dashboard under the Public Links β†’ Booking Links

  • These links can be:

    • Embedded on your website

    • Shared via email or messaging platforms

    • Added to landing pages or social media

Customers can use these links to view available slots and book appointments independently.

QR Code for Booking

Qwaiting also generates a QR code for appointments:

  • Customers can scan the QR code using their mobile devices

  • The scan redirects them directly to the booking page

  • Ideal for use at reception desks, posters, counters, or physical locations

This enables quick and contactless appointment booking.

How Customers Join Appointments

Once a booking is confirmed:

  • Customers receive the booking details

  • They can check in using their booking ID, view their booking status .
