How to call the next queue number?

A quick guide on how you can call the queue number in Qwaiting.

After the ticket is generated, the queues will be visible on the call screen.

  • Staff members access the staff screen, a dashboard displaying the queue in real-time.

  • From this interface, staff can view queued customers, their ticket numbers.

In order to Call the next queue number:

  1. Go to the "Calls".

2. The staff member clicks a "Next" button on the staff screen to call the next visitor.

3. Click on the "START" button to initiate the serving time.

4. Once the process is completed, the staff can end it by clicking on the "CLOSE" button.
