How to Transfer, Recall, Skip and Move back the token number ?

A quick guide on how you can recall, transfer, skip and move back the token number in Qwaiting.

In order to "Transfer" the token from one counter to another counter:

  1. Go to the "Calls".

  2. Click on the "Transfer", to transfer the token number from one service to another service.

Now you can simply transfer the screen by selecting the service type.

In order to "Recall" the token number:

  1. Click on "Recall", to recall the current serving token number if it has not come when their turn has arrived.

In order to "Skip" the token number:

  1. Click on the "Skip" button, the missed queue number will show at the bottom of the screen under "missed queues".

If you need to call the missed queue again, simply click on the queue number.

In order to "Move Back" the token number:

  1. Click on the "Move Back" button.

The token number will appear at the button of the visitors list.
