To get the visitor's report:
Go to the "Reports".
Click on the "Monthly report".
You can get the report by using the filters like start and end date, staff, counter and status. Also can export the data and receive it in PDF format.
This report includes:
S. No.: Serial number of each entry.
Token: Unique identifier for each visitor or service request.
Date & Time: The date and time of the visit or service request.
Level 1, Level 2, Level 3: Categorization levels to classify the purpose of visits.
Counter: Service counter number where the visitor was attended.
Called: Indicates whether the visitor has been called (e.g., "Yes" or "No").
Name: Name of the visitor.
Contact: Visitor's contact number.
Email: Visitor's email address.
Rating: A rating provided for the service (if applicable).
Closed By: Indicates who resolved the visitor's query.
Response Time: Time taken to address the visitor's request.
