How to create a user role for staff?

A guide explaining how to set up a staff user role in Qwaiting.

In order to create the staff user role:

  1. Go to the "Settings".

  2. Click on "User Role Management".

2. Click on the "Add" button.

3. Enter the role name and select the checkboxes for the permissions you want to assign.

4. Click on the "Save changes".

When adding or editing staff details, you have the option to choose the staff user role.
