How to set the Message Templates?

To set message templates:

  1. Go to the "Settings".

  2. Click on the "Message Templates".

3. You can create the message templates for ticket generation message, queue page notice message, reminder message, ticket message. A ticket generating notification is forwarded to the user each time a ticket is started.
