Manage Form Input: It shows the field that is required while generating the ticket, so that it consists of your personal details. It has the option of adding more fields, if required and you can also make that field mandatory to be filled or not.
Customize the form while registering:
Go to the "Settings".
Click on "Account settings".
Click on "Manage Form Input".
4. You have the option to make the needed fields mandatory or disabled based on your preferences.
5. In addition, if you need to have more information from the customer, you can add more fields to the form , by clicking on "Add more Fields".
6. Select the Field Option, Add the title and SAVE.
