Easily manage your Display Settings:
Go to the "Settings".
Click on the "Admin Settings".
Click on the "Display Settings".
You can change your display settings to suit your preferences, including whether or not to show a name on the screen, how many queues you want to show on the screen, how to skip or end a call from the display, and the display tune.
You must click on "Save Changes" in order to save after choosing the options.
