Update your Ticket Screen settings anytime when its required:
Go to the "Settings".
Click on the "Admin Settings".
Click on the "Ticket Screen Settings", update the settings for your ticket screen.
Enable/Disable the fields anytime when its required, You can choose the options that you want to show on your ticket screen.
Click on the "Save Changes".
